Mads Winther - For more than 20 years, Mads has worked to optimize sales organizations. Partly through training and development of salespeople - but also through the development of sales managers to structure and follow up on salespeople's behavior. In addition, Mads is involved in close sparring with a number of researchers in sales development throughout the world. In the webinar, Mads will discuss whether companies have the right competencies, behavior, and management follow-up on their online dialogues with customers to ensure that sales can reach their goals.
